Refunds and Returns Policy

At Miracle Everyday and Aussan Laboratories India, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This is why we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Return Period

Customers have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving their order. The return window begins on the date of delivery, as evidenced by the shipping carrier's records.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include all original tags and accessories

  • Accompany a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@miracleveryday.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at sales@miracleveryday.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@miracleveryday.com.

Policy Changes

Miracle Everyday and Aussan Laboratories India Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time. We encourage customers to frequently review this policy. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
