At Aussan, he played a central role in co-developing the product range, overseeing formulations and manufacturing scale-up to meet regulatory, scientific, and commercial standards. His career also includes founding and expanding Australia’s largest oil and chemical spill clean-up manufacturer, which became a market leader before being acquired by a U.S. multinational, as well as starting and leading innovative enterprises throughout his 50-year career

Kevin co-founded Aussan Laboratories in 2009, leading product development and global expansion. A technical expert in organic chemistry and agriculture, he has overseen Aussan’s product development pipeline, driving growth through extensive trials, independent studies, and regulatory approvals across multiple markets. His work has advanced sustainable agriculture and strengthened food security worldwide.

Toby leads Aussan as Managing Director, driving the company’s global growth and market expansion. His priorities include scaling international operations, advancing product expansion, and building global partnerships. Prior to joining in 2022, he spent 15 years at Wesfarmers in senior leadership across Officeworks and Bunnings, where he built and expanded multi-billion-dollar divisions and executed strategies that delivered sustained growth. He has worked on complex, large-scale businesses while building trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels.

Sandeep has over 25 years of global experience across IT, agriculture, food processing, power, fintech, and AI. A proven startup specialist and strategist, he has raised over $250 million worldwide and turned multiple ventures into profitable businesses. Currently leading Aussan Laboratories India, he drives international expansion, pioneering organic farming innovations and shelf-life enhancement solutions that make sustainable agriculture commercially viable.
